In most cases your User ID is your registered email address. If you are an agency user and your agency has opted to use Windows Authentication, your agency's Windows username will be your User ID.

Be aware that should you later decide to apply for an Electronic Signature capability in the ePortal system (which is required to submit most ePortal forms), the electronic signature application will legally tie your account's email address to you, and no other person should be using that email address.
