DEQ ePortal System - Mining Section

The electronic forms currently available for the Mining Section are the forms necessary for filing electronic applications for the Open-Cut MIning Program. The Open-Cut Mining Program is based on the Arkansas Open-Cut Land Reclamation Act and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission's Regulation Number 15.

Forms associated with the Arkansas Quarry Operation, Reclamation and Safe Closure Act will not be available on the ePortal system. The state law requires filing of the Notification of Intent to Quarry forms to be done by Certified Mail.
