Enterprise Services

The Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment’s Enterprise Services team offers several services to current and potential businesses and other entities needing assistance with environmental permit and regulatory questions. Enterprise Services manages three (3) programs: the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP); the Arkansas Recycling Equipment Tax Credit Program; and the Natural State Environmental Program (NStEP). Additionally, Enterprise Services manages the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requests that are received by E&E. Our section also works with each office of E&E to assist with stakeholder engagement, public relations, and special projects.
