E&E's new data management system, also known as SEEK, should be used for applications associated with Asbestos, Regulated Storage Tanks, Construction Stormwater General Permits, Industrial Stormwater General Permits, Wastewater Licensing, Air General Permit NOIs, Short Term Activity Authorization, and Laboratory Accreditation.
Electronic Signature Agreements for ePortal will no longer be accepted starting October 15, 2025. Existing users with electronic signature approval may continue to use their electronic signature. For those users who need to sign a form but do not have electronic signature approval, please use the hardcopy signature option available in the Signing section of the ePortal form.
