Tire Accountability Program

Welcome to the Tire Accountability Program ePortal Site with Instructions and Forms. The DEQ ePortal system is a tracking mechanism used to monitor the transfer of tires from the point of generation to their end-use or final destination (for example; a tire storage site or permitted landfill). The used tire generator, transporter, and processing facility must complete and sign the appropriate sections in the paper form. It is the responsibility of the Used Tire Program (UTP) to enter the complete manifest into DEQ's ePortal system and submit the electronic manifest according to Reg. 36.605.
